Workout without putting pants on - five great body weight exercises to do at home.

Yeah, we know the feeling. Can't get motivated to do that run, or get to that boxing fitness session. Watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians is looking like a way better option.

Well, what if I told you that you can work out AND watch Kim, Kylie and Co? Here are five easy to do exercises you can do in front of the tellie without needing to wear grown-up clothes.

1. Squats.

Squats help to workout your core, quads, glutes and hamstrings. Make sure when you do your squats you keep your chest high, chin up, and push through your heels.

2. Plank.

A great way to work all aspects of your core. Keep your bottom down, shoulders relaxed and core turned on to optimise this position.

3. Lunges.

Great for those glutes! when doing lunges, ensure you are bending your legs at right angles, and your feet are both facing forward and not turning out. to add a level of difficulty, do a 'half lunge' by only descending half way into the lunge, holding for 2 seconds, then coming back up. Repeat for three sets of ten on each leg and feel the burn!

4. Crunches or Sit Ups.

A classic at home exercise that will also up your heart rate. You can do a range of different crunches to work different parts of your core. You can do small upper ab crunches, full range sit ups to work your abdominal muscles (helloooo six pack!), or do sit ups with your hands behind your head, twist as you sit up, and point your left elbow to your right knee (and vice versa). This will help to tune up those obliques!

5. Eeek, the Burpee!

I know what you're thinking - "I hate burpees!" - and we know they can be tough going, but they are fantastic for a quick, all body work out at home. Make sure you follow a strong technique of good posture, and keep your core muscles turned on for the push up to get maximum benefit. Four rounds of ten burpees is a great muscular and cardio workout. Why not do a set in the Kardashian ad breaks? You'll get through them in no time!
